“Phoenix Beauty School,” “we,” or “us” refers to Phoenix Beauty School — Lash & Brows, 6141 Oakbrook Parkway, Suite A, Norcross, GA 30093. These terms govern your use of this website, our free online classes, and any paid upgrades offered on this site.

2. Free classes & registration

Registration for free classes is open to anyone 18 or older. Seats may be limited, and class dates and times may change; registered attendees will be notified by email. Classes are educational only and do not constitute a license, certification, or guarantee of employment or income.

3. SMS / text message program

By checking the consent box on our registration forms and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive class reminders and related messages from Phoenix Beauty School.

• Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per registered class).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (678) 842-8888.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registration or purchase — the email-only option is always available.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Paid upgrades (VIP)

VIP upgrades are one-time purchases delivering the class recording, materials, and community access as described at checkout. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us and we will make it right; refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be honored.

5. Intellectual property

Class content, recordings, and materials are the property of Phoenix Beauty School and are provided for your personal use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or republish them.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Classes and materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Beauty School is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our classes.
